The Real Estate Marketer will be responsible for promoting and selling properties, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
This role involves generating leads, conducting market research, and executing marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors to Marathona.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities of this include but not limited to:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote properties and attract potential buyers and investors.
Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation in the market.
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, referrals, and partnerships.
Engage with potential clients, provide information about available properties, and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the buying process.
Property Promotion and Sales:
Create and manage property listings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and high-quality images.
Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to promote properties.
Organize and conduct property tours, open houses, and other promotional events to showcase properties to potential buyers.
Digital Marketing:
Utilize digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach a broader audience.
Maintain and update the company’s website with current property listings, blog posts, and other relevant content.
Manage the company’s social media accounts, creating engaging content and interacting with followers to build a strong online presence.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Analyze feedback from clients and market trends to improve marketing strategies and sales processes.
Networking and Partnerships:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company’s network and generate new business opportunities.
Develop partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to enhance marketing efforts and drive sales.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and sales achievements.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity.
