Job Title: Real Estate Marketer

Job Overview

  • The Real Estate Marketer will be responsible for promoting and selling properties, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
  • This role involves generating leads, conducting market research, and executing marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors to Marathona.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities of this include but not limited to:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote properties and attract potential buyers and investors.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation in the market.

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Engage with potential clients, provide information about available properties, and convert leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the buying process.

Property Promotion and Sales:

  • Create and manage property listings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and high-quality images.
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to promote properties.
  • Organize and conduct property tours, open houses, and other promotional events to showcase properties to potential buyers.

Digital Marketing:

  • Utilize digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach a broader audience.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website with current property listings, blog posts, and other relevant content.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, creating engaging content and interacting with followers to build a strong online presence.

Sales Performance and Reporting:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  • Analyze feedback from clients and market trends to improve marketing strategies and sales processes.

Networking and Partnerships:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company’s network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to enhance marketing efforts and drive sales.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and sales achievements.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity.
