Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company’s goals.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics and activities.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 - 6years of experience in an HR role.
• HR certifications such as CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management) or SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits

• Salary: N100,000 - N250,000 Monthly (depending on experience)
