Description 

• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in media, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company service.
• Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 2 - 3 years of experience as a business development manager (preferably in a Media Industry)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Additional Information:

• Upon satisfactory performance after the probationary period, An official car and driver will be provided.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
