Job Title: Customer Support Staff

Location: Abuja

About the Position

• We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our customer service team in Abuja.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support in Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba languages.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Speak fluently in Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba languages, as well as English.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products and services.
• Translate technical terms into Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba languages for effective communication.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams for resolution.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba languages, as well as English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays, if necessary.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly.
