Finchglow Holdings is a premier aviation company providing comprehensive travel management, cargo services, and training across all sectors of the economy, including corporate entities, trade partners, and individuals. Our corporate headquarters is situated in Ikoyi, southwest Lagos.

The group consists of six (6) subsidiaries specializing in various aspects of the aviation industry downstream, along with two (2) affiliates, one of which operates in the upstream aviation sector. We maintain a strong presence across nine (9) locations, including five (5) in Lagos, two (2) in Abuja, and one each in Kano and Port-Harcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: B2C Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• As the B2C Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales deals with Corporate (B2C) clients.
• The role involves prospecting, nurturing leads, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
• The B2C Sales Executive will represent the company’s products or services and act as a primary point of contact for potential and existing B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential B2C clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
• Understand the needs and requirements of B2C clients and tailor the company's products or services to address their specific business challenges
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of the company's offerings
• Negotiate and close sales deals with B2C clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
• Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and pipelines
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services and expand the network
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market insights
• Perform any other related duties as assigned

Qualification & Certifications

• First Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
• Professional membership/certification is an added advantage

Experience:

• At least 2 years’ professional experience in any field

Skill & Knowledge:

• Strong prospecting skills and Excellent selling, negotiation and closing skills
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Excellent customer service delivery focus
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities
• Excellent attitude and work ethics
• Result oriented & target driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
