Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
This role involves managing a team of security personnel, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The Operations Manager will drive operational excellence, improve processes, and contribute to the strategic goals of the company.
Responsibilities
Operational Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate all security operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of security officers, supervisors, and other staff.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members.
Ensure proper scheduling and deployment of security personnel to meet client needs.
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their security needs and concerns.
Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction with security services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential security threats.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.
Develop and implement innovative security solutions to meet evolving client needs.
Crisis Management:
Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
Lead and coordinate response efforts during security incidents and emergencies.
Conduct post-incident analysis and reporting to identify lessons learned and improve future response.

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed to address urgent operational issue
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in business or any security-related field of study
Proven experience in a leadership or strategic role within the private security space or related fields.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for innovation and disruption.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Hands-on attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves and dive into operational tasks as needed.
Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-growing private security company is a plus.
