Job Overview
The Immigration Case Manager / Operations Manager will oversee the processing of immigration cases, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and efficiency.
This position entails managing a team responsible for preparing immigration petitions and applications, liaising with clients, and maintaining case workflow in accordance with legal requirements and company protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management:
Direct the case preparation process, ensuring complete accuracy of applications and adherence to all immigration laws and regulations.
Oversee the caseload distribution and monitor the progress of each case, adjusting resources as needed to meet deadlines.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their immigration process, maintaining an open line of communication throughout their case.
Operational Excellence:
Develop and implement operational policies tailored to the immigration services sector, driving process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Analyze operational data and reports to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Ensure operational adherence to immigration laws, regulatory standards, and ethical practices.
Team Supervision and Development:
Lead a team of immigration professionals, fostering an environment of learning, efficiency, and excellence.
Conduct training sessions to keep staff updated on the latest immigration laws and case management techniques.
Evaluate team performance, providing feedback and professional development opportunities to aid career growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the senior point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved expediently.

Quality Control and Compliance:

Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's Degree in Law / Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in immigration case management, ideally within a legal or corporate environment.
Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of immigration procedures and regulations.
Proven track record in operational management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Competency in case management systems and standard office software.
