Job Description

• We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media and Blog Manager to join our dynamic team.
• As a Social Media and Blog Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence.
• You will also manage our company blog, ensuring that it reflects our brand voice and engages our audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Define the most important social media KPIs.
• Manage and oversee social media content.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Provide constructive feedback.
• Adhere to rules and regulations.

Blog Management:

• Manage and oversee the company blog, ensuring regular publication of high-quality content.
• Develop a content calendar and collaborate with team members to generate ideas and assign topics.
• Write, edit, and publish blog posts that are engaging, informative, and aligned with SEO best practices.
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
• Promote content on social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze blog performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Manager, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in content management.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of online marketing channels.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Experience working with influencers and managing influencer campaigns.
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Experience with email marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• Strong project management skills.
