Job Description

• We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated NYSC Corps Members to join our sales team as Sales Agents.
• This commission-based role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their sales skills and build a successful career in the real estate industry.
• As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, guiding them through the buying process, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings and inspections with potential clients.
• Provide clients with detailed information about properties, including prices, features, and benefits.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Current NYSC Corps Member (must be serving in Abuja).
• Strong interest in the real estate industry and a desire to build a career in sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N20,000 - N1,000,000 / month.
