Key Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Sell advertising space across various media platforms, including TV, radio, online, and print.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand clients’ advertising needs and provide tailored media solutions.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Analyze competitors and stay informed about the latest industry developments.
Develop and present proposals to clients based on market insights.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure advertising deals.
Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring all terms are met.
Handle any disputes or issues that arise during the contract period.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strategies.
Reporting and Administration:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Use CRM software to manage client data and sales pipeline.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in media sales or a similar sales role.
Strong understanding of advertising principles and media industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
