We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Personnel

Location: Abuja or Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our target sales efforts.
  • As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets, expand our customer base, and increase revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve target sales goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers
  • Create and execute sales plans, including setting targets, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue, volume, and market share growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on target sales
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Target Sales Goals:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Increase revenue growth by 20%
  • Expand customer base by 30%
  • Increase market share by 15%
  • You are a motivated and results-driven sales and marketing professional with a passion for achieving target sales goals

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
