Job Summary

• We are looking for an exceptional Facebook Ads Expert who specializes in conversion-focused campaigns and excels at creating high-impact video and image content.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage Facebook ad campaigns with a strong focus on conversion optimization and ROI.
• Creative Content Production: Develop high-quality video and image content that drives user engagement and conversions.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance using tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to optimize and refine campaigns.
• Performance Optimization: Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to enhance ad effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting best practices and ensuring the highest standards of performance.
• Collaborative Integration: Partner with the marketing team to ensure ad strategies align with overall business goals and brand messaging.
• Industry Trend Adaptation: Stay abreast of the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices to maintain cutting-edge campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing successful Facebook ad campaigns with a demonstrated focus on conversions.
• Creative Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting video and image content.
• Analytical Expertise: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data using tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Leadership Skills: Experience leading and mentoring a marketing team, with a strong ability to inspire and guide team members.
• Work Ethic: Highly disciplined, hardworking, and detail-oriented with a relentless commitment to excellence.
• Communication Skills: Superior communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Independence: Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the eCommerce or beauty industry.
• Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and tools.
• Certification in Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, or similar digital marketing certifications.

Work Schedule:

• Location: Yaba, Lagos
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM.
