Job Description

• Our client is currently seeking for a talented and experienced Salon Manager to manage their team.
• As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of salon operations, including staff management, customer service, sales, and administrative tasks.
• The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a salon environment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of hairstylists, receptionist, and other salon staff to ensure a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth among staff members.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets for salon services, retail products, and packages.
• Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service best practices, and salon policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily salon operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and opening / closing procedures.
• Ensure that the salon maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements

• 3 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Salon Manager in the beauty industry, with a strong background in hair salon operations and management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach salon staff to achieve their full potential.
• Strong business acumen and sales-driven mentality, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding salon experience to clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
