We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: People and Culture Coordinator

Location: Remote

Job Summary 

• As we expand our services, we are looking for a personable People and Culture Associate to join us as we continue and build and foster a hyper-positive work environment at Kredete.

Responsibilities

• Supporting employees on a day-to-day basis and answering questions about benefits and company policies.
• Onboard new employees and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech.
• Run data checks and ensure all HR records are accurate and up to date.
• Support the Head of People in policy formulation, candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling.
• Working closely with the team leads to draft job descriptions.
• Coordinate orientation and training sessions for employees
• Bnsure smooth communication with all teammates and provide timely resolution to their queries.

Qualifications

• Successful candidate must have an associate degree in HR or a related field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
• Candidate must have strong communication skills
• Candidate must be able to quickly resolve people’s problems
• Candidate must be familiar with database systems and common HR applications
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Friendly and goal oriented.
