Job Description

• As the Trade Finance Lead, you will be responsible for delivering on all metrics associated with your portfolio, taking direction from the leadership team, and collaborating with other portfolio manager agents.
• Your duties include taking ownership of retailers' accounts, which involves collecting KYC, profiling, assessing, and verifying all retailers, ensuring due diligence is carried out before approval is issued in accordance with company processes and objectives.
• Additionally, you will ensure timely collections and recovery, complying with contract terms.

As a result, you are expected to:

• Oversee the acquisition of customers.
• Ensure customer retention.
• Grow the GMV.
