Rotawn Energy & Logistics specializes and has the requisite expertise and experience in the provision of offshore support vessels services, maritime security services, Ship to Ship (STS) berthing/transfer operations, SBM, and all forms of mooring activities and is poised to take on the challenge of delivering a wide range of maritime services to the oil industry in the entire Gulf of Guinea, in conjunction with our foreign technical partners.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing / Business Development Associate

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics.

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and feedback.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Content Creation:

  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand and messaging.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and expenditures.
  • Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing activities.

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
