Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Job Purpose
As the B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales deals with business-to-business (B2B) clients.
The role involves prospecting, nurturing leads, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
The B2B Sales Executive will represent the company’s products or services and act as a primary point of contact for potential and existing B2B clients.
Responsibilities
Prospect and identify potential B2B clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
Understand the needs and requirements of B2B clients and tailor the company's products or services to address their specific business challenges
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of the company's offerings
Negotiate and close sales deals with B2B clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and pipelines
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services and expand the network
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market insights
Perform any other related duties as assigned
Requirements
First degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
Professional membership/certification is an added advantage
At least 2 years professional experience in any field

Strong prospecting skills and Excellent selling, negotiation and closing skills
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Excellent customer service delivery focus
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities
Excellent attitude and work ethics
