We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

 Responsibilities 
Sales, Targets, Support and Report:

  • Implement sales strategies from the company to achieve sales goals.
  • Generate Leads and convert to sales
  • Monitor sales activity and track progress toward targets.
  • Meet monthly sales targets by effectively promoting products.
  • Maintain records of customer purchases.
  • Generate sales reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale.
  • Execute promotional events in his/her coverage area.
  • Manage sales support staffs like Canvassers, Merchandisers, Promoters and Ambassadors under his/her coverage area.

Outlet's Enlistments:

  • Carry out outlets’ enlistment of HORECA, MOT and Distributors in theOpen Market in his/her area of coverage.
  • Keep an up-to-date outlet universe of his/her area of coverage.
  • Make sure all channels’ outlets in his/her area are enlisted for maximum coverage.
  • Carry out Weekly enlistment of outlets.
  • Carry out effective implementation of his/her area Route To Market (RTM) coverage plan.

Customers Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers to expand the sales territory/area.
  • Build positive relationships about the company’s offerings with both customers.
  • Build an effective communication chain with customers.
  • Meet with current and potential customers to discuss their needs and interests.
  • Resolve customers issues, objections, challenges and eradicating conflict.

Product Knowledge and Presentations:

  • Learn and familiarise self with the company’s products offer to customers.
  • Courteously present and sell company’s products to all the channels in his/her area of coverage (Open Market, Modern Off Trade (MOT) and On-Trade (HoReCa outlets).
  • Conduct tastings and provide detailed product information to potential buyers.
  • Learn about new products added by the company.

Competition and Industry:

  • Monitor and report competitor’s activity within his/her area.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences and industry functions.
  • Learn about new products from competition and keeping up to date on industry trends and innovation.
  • Gather market and customer information on buying trend and provide feedback to management.
  • Keep up-to-date with regulatory authorities’ rules and regulations.

Requirement

  • Candidate must have hands on extensive experience in Horeca, Outrade, Mot and Open Market.
