Job Description

• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, improve market position, and achieve financial growth.
• This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, a deep understanding of market trends, and a proven track record of driving business success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customers.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis
• Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and government agencies.
• Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Provide coaching, support, and guidance to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to develop new products and services that meet market demands and drive growth.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met.
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and service delivery.
• Address customer issues and complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate business risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth and business success.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the oil and gas market, industry trends, and regulatory environment.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

N1,000,000 monthly.
