Job Description

• As a Business Developer at Infytel Communication Limited, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base.
• You will work closely with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our software solutions can add value to their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential areas for expansion.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and create reports on sales metrics.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in Business Development or relevant role in the software industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven with a proven track record in sales.
• BA / BS Degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven years of experience in selling IT solutions.
• B.Sc Business Admin or I.T related course
• Knowledge of the software and technology market.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
