Job Summary

• At Oxford Test Prep Co., we're seeking a dedicated tutor to make a positive impact on our students' test preparation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Tutoring: Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to students preparing for the IELTS, TOEFL, and GRE verbal sections.
• Curriculum Development: Create and customize instructional materials, lesson plans, and study guides tailored to the specific needs of individual students.
• Assessment: Administer diagnostic tests and assessments to evaluate students' strengths and weaknesses, track their progress, and adjust tutoring strategies accordingly.
• Content Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge and expertise in IELTS, TOEFL, and GRE verbal concepts, strategies, and test formats.
• Motivation and Support: Inspire and motivate students to achieve their target scores through personalized guidance, feedback, and encouragement.
• Time Management: Help students manage their study schedules effectively, ensuring they cover all necessary topics and practice materials.
• Feedback and Communication: Provide timely feedback to students and their parents/guardians on progress, areas of improvement, and strategies for success.
• Other roles and functions as assigned by the management when the need arises.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Linguistics, Education, or related).
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching IELTS, TOEFL, and GRE verbal sections, with a track record of student score improvement.
• Strong understanding of the IELTS, TOEFL, and GRE standardized tests, including the latest updates and scoring methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students of various backgrounds and skill levels.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed academically.
• Highly organized, punctual, and capable of managing multiple student schedules.
• Familiarity with online tutoring platforms and tools is a plus.
