Job Summary
As a Sales Executive at Banksome Global Realtors, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of real estate agents, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Create and manage sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
Team Management:
Set performance goals and provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and motivate the team.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Facilitate negotiations and close deals with potential buyers and sellers.
Sales Operations:
Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Training and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in real estate sales.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA is an added advantage
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a Sales Executive in the Realtor sector.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and property sales processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Result Oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and strong mindset for continuous.
Knowledge of real estate market ad dynamics.
Proficiency in MS office and CRM software.
