Job Title: B2B Sales Specialist

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • The B2B Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, affiliate travel agencies, and other business partners.
  • This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the travel industry to effectively promote and sell travel solutions to business clients.

Key Responsibilities
Acquisition of New Corporate Customers:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other business partners.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored travel solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Contract Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business.
  • Ensure all contracts and agreements are in line with company policies and standards.
  • Close sales deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Account Management:

  • Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Upsell and cross-sell travel services and solutions to existing clients.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at B2B clients.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop comprehensive travel solutions for clients.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and achieve better results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales in the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel solutions and the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
