The Change-room was established in 2012 with a vision to produce quality human resource solutions. We plan to achieve this by partnering with our clients to provide highly specialized consulting services in the areas of human resources development and business management services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Locations: Abuja (FCT); Ikeja, Lagos; Onitsha, Anambra; Port Harcourt, Rivers; Uyo, Akwa Ibom; Osogbo, Osun; Ibadan, Oyo; and Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in the insurance industry.
• Prospect potential clients to understand and meet their insurance needs.
• Design and implement effective marketing strategies for selling insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Report on sales activities, initiatives, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Insurance, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates in Marketing and Insurance are encouraged to apply; training opportunities are available.
• Experience in insurance or marketing is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
