We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD

Location: Eputu Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are looking to hire a competent Male Personal Assistant to the MD that will provide comprehensive support to the MD of the organization.
• The successful candidate will also manage the MD’s office operations and a variety of other administrative tasks.
• This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the MD.
• Drive the MD to appointments and meetings.
• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Coordinate marketing efforts (direct and online).
• Manage MD's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Assist with communication and documentation.
• Conduct research and prepare reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Act as MD's right hand.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of work experience
• Candidate that lives around Ibeju-Lekki, Sangotedo axis should apply.

Skills:

• Oral and written communication skill.
• Power point presentation skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be very proactive, punctual, very polite and smart.
• Valid driver's license. Must know how to drive very well.

Salary

• N80,000 - N100,000 monthly
