Job Title: Fleet Analyst

Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Description

• We are seeking an organized, diligent, and responsible individual to join our growing team, whose primary objective will be to analyze and evaluate the performance of the Customer’s Fleet within the organization.

Job Responsibilities 

• Preparation of workshop status report (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
• Prepare, plan and analyze the service schedule of the entire fleet within the jurisdiction in line with standard maintenance procedure
• The project, update and monitor service compliance and reporting of all customer truck within the jurisdiction
• Estimate all workshop inspections, and activities and secure approval in accordance to standard procedures and policies
• Update all necessary information on ERP promptly and ensure compliance
• Prepare, Coordinate and follow up SLA/ retail bills with proper documentation and submit same for payment in line with the existing contract,
• Reconcile invoice status with customers weekly for prompt approvals
• Contribute to team effort by carrying out any other related job assigned by the Line manager.
• Performing research and analytical work for the Fleet Services Department, particularly in the areas of cost management, vehicle replacement schedules, performance benchmarking, action plan tracking
• Controlling costs by ensuring that vehicles are maintained properly and efficiently

Requirements

• OND Only in Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or its equivalent
• Minimum of two years of work experience in Fleet Management or a similar role
• Analytical mind with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
• Intermediate competency in the use of Excel and other packages, and knowledge of ERP

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
