The Policy Innovation Centre (PIC) is Africa's first national institutionalized behavioral initiative. We support governments and stakeholders in making behaviorally informed decisions and generating evidence for impactful interventions in key areas: Global Health, Education, Innovative Digital Solutions, Agriculture, Climate and Food Security, Poverty, Livelihoods, and Jobs, Governance, Gender Inclusion
Initiated by the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG), and funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) in 2017, the PIC was launched in October 2021 after the success of the interim Policy Innovation Unit (PIU). We provide evidence-driven, contextually relevant, and sustainable solutions to development issues through Behavioral Diagnostics, human-centered design, and Sustainable Delivery.

Overview
Whether it is redesigning governance to eradicate hunger or ending poverty through innovative digital solutions, we are excited to engage a passionate & young Creative Infographic Designer with an intensive & solid 4 years of experience for a variety of films who wants to contribute to our vision of delivering better policies and innovative solutions for social impact.
We value the opportunity to work with future leaders who want to grow personally and professionally and create impact in the social impact sector. During this 6 months program, you will be able to see the direct outputs of your work while navigating through your journey of changing the world.
Your Role
Do you have an experience that makes our mission meaningful to you personally? As a Management Associate (master's degree holder) or a Management Executive (bachelor's degree holder) at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), you will have the chance to contribute to our initiatives through engaging, meaningful work assignments.
You'll work across different thematic areas in the organization including Global Health, Education, Innovative Digital Solutions, Agriculture, Climate and Food Security, Poverty, Livelihoods, and Jobs, Governance, and Gender Inclusion. This is your chance to enhance our creative and digital in-house offerings, working on diverse projects that span print and digital media.
Job Responsibilities
Create compelling infographics that visually communicate complex information.
Develop designs for digital media, print materials, presentations, and social media.
Design motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling.
Interpret briefs from partners and internal stakeholders.
Present design concepts for feedback and approval.
Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, and data analysts.
Research and gather data to inform infographic designs.
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines.
Develop mini-brands and campaign concepts.
Create optimized designs for web and print.
Review and revise designs based on feedback.
Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards.
Maintain organized project files and version control.
