Job Overview

• The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating sales and meeting sales targets.
• They will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company's products.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales service and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
