Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited - Our client, a key player in the FMCG industry that currently have factories in Sango, Ogun and Ogba, Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Marketing Manager

Locations: Sango - Ogun and Ogba - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

  • Our Client urgently needs the services of an experienced Sales and marketing Manager to drive the sales team.

Functional Responsibilities
Your duties shall include but not limited to the following:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Achieve growth in the business, setting new selling standards;
  • Ensuring the sales team are over achieving their targets as individuals and a team;
  • Setting objectives for the team as well as targets, and coaching and performance management;
  • Recruitingdynamic sales professionals; building and maintaining long-lasting go-to client relationships, working with them to ensure all needs are met by the business;
  • Plan sales route for sales personnel
  • Managing cost to time with budget
  • Designing policies that will support the achievement of sales target
  • Forecasting and planning for demand and sales.
  • Establishing distribution networks.
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
  • Designing and implementing marketing events.
  • Supervising, monitoring and evaluating Marketing program activities, staff performances, and budgets
  • Monitoring Territories amd branch activities, budgets and progress against targets
  • Developing core values for staff to motivate them in their work
  • Promoting a harmonious relationship with the communities and society at largeto ensure support for program implementation and expansion.
  • Putting in all thrust to attain the short-term and long-term objectives of the Company
  • Ensuring that all Sales and Marketing staff are aware of the corporate objectives and ensure that contribute effectively to their attainment.
  • Promoting a favourable image for the Company to the general public
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director or any other senior member of the Company.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications. 
  • Knowledge of the market terrain of Lagos and Ogun states will be added advantage.
