We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bakery Manager

Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

• Oversee daily bakery operations, including production schedules and inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to all recipes, quality standards, and portion control.
• Manage the opening and closing procedures of the bakery.
• Hire, train, and supervise bakery staff including bakers, decorators, and sales associates.
• Schedule and allocate staff effectively to cover all bakery operations.
• Foster a positive team environment, providing coaching and support to staff.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product quality.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and the community.
• Collaborate with bakers to create new recipes and improve existing products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to keep the bakery’s menu innovative and competitive.
• Plan and execute seasonal or promotional product lines.
• Manage the bakery’s budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track sales and set financial targets, ensuring profitability.
• Handle cash management, including sales reconciliation and bank deposits.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery to meet health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety and quality inspections.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for high-quality ingredients and materials.
• Oversee the ordering, receiving, and storage of supplies.
• Implement marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Promote special offers and bakery products through various channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
