We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Summary

  • As a Sales Associate at Tyrus, you will be a key player in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans, ensuring that Tyrus continues to lead the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Prospect New Clients: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events to generate leads and identify potential clients in the tech and financial services sectors.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that leverage Tyrus' innovative financial platform.
  • Conduct Sales Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the unique benefits and value of Tyrus' offerings.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Provide feedback to enhance products and services.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Use this knowledge to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Client Onboarding and Support: Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction and success.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in B2B financial services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Field Sales Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Superior presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
