We are recruiting self-motivated and results-driven individuals to join our dynamic field sales team in the capacity below:

Job Title: Sales Agent

Location: Nationwide (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Role

• The agents will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers through various methods, including networking and referrals.
• Regularly visit clients and potential clients to present our products/services, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to the field sales lead.
• Stay updated on the company's products/services and industry developments to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application
• Must possess a valid means of identification.
• Must possess a working smart phone (either android or ios)
• Must be conversant with the local parlance and nuances of the area.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local market and business landscape.
• Must provide 2 guarantors.
