Key Responsibilities
Collaboration:
Work closely with community engagement team to coordinate and facilitate learning meetings and feedback sessions at all levels.
Support the development and maintenance of partnerships with stakeholders, including program staff, partners, and donors.
Help manage communication channels and collaboration tools to ensure effective information sharing and coordination.
Learning:
Assist in collecting, analyzing, and disseminating data and information to support evidence-based decision-making.
Contribute to the development of learning agendas and the identification of key learning questions.
Work closely with communication specialists to organized and maintained organizational knowledge management systems, ensuring easy access to relevant information and resources.
Adaptation:
Assist in documenting lessons learned, best practices, and success stories from program activities.
Support the integration of feedback and learning into program design and implementation.
Help monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of adaptation strategies and suggest improvements.
Data Management and Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to CLA activities.
Support the collection, organization, and analysis of data related to program performance and outcomes.
Help ensure data quality and integrity by following established data management protocols
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Perform other task-related assignments proposed by his/her supervisor/s

Position Reports to: MEL officer
Indirect/Technical Reporting: MEL Lead
Position directly Supervises: Research Assistant/Enumerators
Key Internal Contacts:
Program Lead, Reporting and Communication Lead, Consortium Leads, State, Education Officers
Key External Contacts:
Teacher Mentors, Learning Facilitators, Enumerators, Data hub information officers, and consortium partners.
Qualifications
Education: Degree / Diploma in Statistics, Computer Science/IT/or any other Social Science course
Work Experience: At least 1 years’ experience in delivering MEL and CLA activities including data collection, management and reporting etc.
Demonstrated Technical Skills:
Demonstrated the use of ICT4D such as Kobo collect, Ona, Commcare etc.
Demonstrated report writing skill, facilitation, and communication skills.
Strong data collection, and data documentation skills required.
Familiarity with MEL tools and processes.
Experience in supporting assessment.
Most importantly, commitment to IRC values and principles.
A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with groups of diverse backgrounds.
