Rexxonis is a multiproduct, multivendor e-commerce platform that specializes in the sale and distribution of healthcare products and equipment. Our platform allows third-party sellers to market their products, giving users the flexibility to connect with their preferredmedical and pharmaceutical brands, or vendors to purchase various healthcare products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a Medical Sales Representative,you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with pharmaciesand suppliers of medical equipment and consumables to expand our online presence and distribution of medical products. Your primary focus will be on increasing revenue, onboarding vendors, and customer satisfaction.
  • You will collaborate closely with internal teams to execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies,suppliers of medical equipment and other healthcare providers to promote our products and services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify top selling medications, medical equipment and accessories.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to pharmaceutical sales and e-commerce.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads to expand our customer base and reach.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives targeted towards sales.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and partners.
  • Reach or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and vendor recruitment quotas.
  • Log client contacts, meetings/calls, and sales conversations in the appropriate database.
  • Answer customer/prospective vendors' questions and resolve queries/complaints.

Qualifications

  • HND/B.Sc./B.AMarketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in Medical Sales.

Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in medical sales, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmacy industry, including knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical products, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeand CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events.
