We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Dot Net Developer (AWS Knowledge)

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities and Duties

• Should be able to work independently and execute assignments. Integrate and collaborate with the product and business teams to drive the requirements sessions.
• Delivering assignments in provided timelines develop, test and deploy to QA environment.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Optimizing performance for the modules written by himself/herself.
• Triage the production issues when needed
• Working with team to create and maintain a robust system to support business with focus on usability.
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the Mobile/Web technologies.
• Follow industry best practices.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities and Duties for AWS support:

• Should be able to work independently and deploy codes on a cloud-native platform.
• Work with product teams to shape the architecture, design, and implementation of new and existing systems to enhance their reliability, performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Ensure all key services/servers are measured, monitored, and alerts when needed.
• Optimizing of cost when it comes to adding new resources to AWS.
• Triage the production issues when needed.
• Working with the team to create and maintain a robust system to support business with a focus on usability.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of experience on ASP.NET and its frameworks
• Proven Software Development experience in .NET Programming language
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Proficiency and Strong on developing the architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• In-depth knowledge of .NET infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, F#, or VB.NET; preferably all three.
• Understanding of open-source projects like Joomla, Wordpress, etc will be Plus
• Good knowledge of relational databases, Capacity to use SQL or Oracle with ease.
• MCSD or MCPD certification will be highly advantageous.
• Version control tools GIT or SVN
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc)
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Should have additional knowledge to manage AWS platforms.
• Must have AWS Knowledge.
