Job Title: Head of Marketing

Your Mission
As the Head of Marketing, you will be at the helm of our marketing efforts, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the brand and business objectives of our four QSR brands.
You will work closely with a talented team of marketers and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive footfall, increase sales, and ensure that each store meets its sales targets.
Additionally, you will ensure that marketing materials for our franchise brands comply with the guidelines set by the franchise brand owners.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional leader:
Strategic Visionary:
Develop and implement annual and long-range marketing plans to drive increased sales by enhancing brand awareness, trial, average spend, and purchase frequency/loyalty.
Leverage successful marketing plan elements/programs from international and local markets, recommending new marketing programs to meet the evolving needs of the brand and improve the effectiveness of marketing plans.
Lead marketing and operations teams in developing annual and long-range product innovation plans to drive increased sales, leveraging successful product development to improve menu effectiveness.
Team Leader:
Lead and manage a diverse marketing team, including digital media buyers, performance marketers, graphic artists, copywriters, and social media community managers.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring team members are motivated, engaged, and meeting their objectives.
Work closely with customer success and operations leads to align marketing strategies with product development, store management, and location selection.
Digital Marketing Guru:
Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring effective use of digital channels to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts, track performance, and make informed decisions.
Collect and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to adjust tactics accordingly.
Brand Champion:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels, maintaining a high standard of creative excellence in marketing materials.
Develop and support marketing efforts in creating and localising materials to support marketing/product programs.
Lead local execution of product innovation plans, including assisting with product ideation, reviewing product options, liaising with corporate resources, and approving all new products.
Local Marketing Innovator:
Develop Local Store Marketing programs/events to support the annual marketing plan and drive awareness of key marketing plan elements outside the store.
Assist international leadership in conducting periodic market business reviews to improve franchisee effectiveness and profitability.
Support Sales and Events team and 3rd party agency partners in developing new market/new store opening plans to drive brand awareness/affinity and ongoing sales.
Standards and Compliance Expert:
Ensure proper execution and adherence to brand strategy and brand standards.
Develop franchise marketing materials and approve them with management and operations to optimize communication impact and effectiveness.
Assist in building a “Standard Marketing Community” that promotes shared learnings, values partnerships between partners/franchisee markets, and builds the capabilities of local marketing teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Experience in the QSR or retail industry is highly desirable.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
