Job Description
Ability to Extensively manage security operations for highbrow smart-city Real Estate
Plan and ensure execution of security arrangement as required by the Estate Management.
Supervise and control the work of security personnel in the estate.
Assist the Estate Management in maintaining law and order.
Implement security related decisions/measures reached by the Estate Management from time to time.
Managing, evaluating, and resolving any physical or digital security incidents or breaches.
Ensuring that the company's security policies comply with federal laws and legislations.
Presenting risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members.
Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs
Oversee the daily operations of the company to identify potential security risks and room for improvements.
Fostering a culture of physical and digital security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with personnel.
Ensure protection of lives and propertywithin the Estate.
Maintain liaison with the Police and other security agencies regarding law and order and Investigation of criminal cases within the Estate.
Any other security related dutyassigned to him/her from time to time by the Estate Management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in security Management, Criminal Justice or a related field
Should be a retired Police Officer not below the rank of Superintendent of Police or its equivalent in the Nigerian Armyor State Security Service.
Must be computer literate. Very conversant with modern security systems – CCTV, Cameras & proficiency in developing physical and digital security protocols and procedures The candidate should have a proven record of integrity, and discipline and must be physically fit.
At least 5 years cogent experience working as a CSO or security manager.
Excellent knowledge of state and federal information security laws.
Exceptional managerial skills and the ability to lead a team displaying Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in information management systems and knowledge of cybersecurity and.
Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends, as well as changing government and state laws
