Job Description
As a Tricycle (3W) Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling tricycles to potential customers.
You will play a crucial role in identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong understanding of the tricycle market.
Responsibilities
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Develop a deep understanding of the tricycle (3W) models, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of tricycles (3W), persuading potential customers to make a purchase.
Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for customers, ensuring timely follow-up to secure sales.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.
Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Manage the sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments and logistics partners.
Provide after-sales support by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Knowledge of tricycles (3-Wheel) or similar vehicles is an advantage.
