Job Summary

• We are a dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy firm specializing in ISO and NDPA implementation and certification services. Our expertise spans the oil & gas sector, occupational health & safety management, quality management, and environmental management.
• As we expand our reach, we're looking for a results-driven individual to join us on a part-time basis as a Marketing Specialist.
• You will be responsible for driving the promotion of our comprehensive services, including ISO certifications and implementations, NDPA audit and compliance

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to identify target markets and generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, fostering collaboration and cross-promotion opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Identify and engage potential clients interested in ISO certifications (ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems; ISO 14001 - Environmental Management Systems; ISO 45001 - Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems) and Nigeria Data Protection Act - NDPA audit and compliance services.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential business opportunities in the oil & gas sector.
• Analyze client needs and industry requirements to tailor marketing strategies.
• Devise and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive client acquisition for ISO certifications and NDPA audit and compliance services.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build a strong professional network.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Analyze data to refine strategies and optimize marketing efforts.
• Provide training and product knowledge sessions to clients and internal teams.
• Generate leads through various channels, including social media, industry forums and direct outreach.

Required Competencies

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience in marketing services related to ISO and NDPA implementation and certification.
• In-depth knowledge of the oil & gas or manufacturing sector and experience in occupational health & safety, quality management, and environmental management.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Salary Budget
N50,000 NGN per month + 10% commission per successfully acquired client.
