Job Title: Precast Concrete Plant Technical Manager

Job Overview

• The Technical Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing production, quality control, technical aspects related to precast concrete components and maintenance of the fabric.

Key Area of Responsibilities

• Leading the precast production and scheduling planning activities, manage projects and technical resources (e.g. hollow core slabs / columns / lintel beams / wall panels).
• Supervising the production team to ensure the correct design and specification are being followed.
• Responsible for efficient and timely delivery of precast components according to respective projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Material and resources planning, production planning, delivery planning, technical advisory on shop drawing, design feasibility study
• Conduct on-going quality audits on operations and Implement quality control measures to ensure that precast components meet specifications.
• Ensuring the workers are skilled to understand and follow the concrete production methods. Leading and motivating the production staff.
• Supervising the maintenance of existing plant facilities and equipment, making recommendations for replacements or adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of Bachelor's Degrees in Industrial Engineering with 10+ years relevant work experience in the Industrial sector, preferably In Precast Concrete Plants
• Skills in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
• Possess strong knowledge of raw materials construction products, concrete production processes and specifications, equipments and best practices, quality control, project management and technical aspects of precast manufacturing
• Deeply understanding of 2D and 3D precast components (e.g. hollow core slabs / columns / lintel beams / wall panels).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Remuneration
Attractive, but open to negotiation (depending on candidate's experience).
