About the Role

• We are seeking an energetic Student Recruitment Manager for Africa and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will support the Head of Student Acquisition (ECA UK) and the International Recruitment Team in developing and executing strategies to recruit students to ECA UK London Met, aiming to meet recruitment targets.
• The successful candidate will be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and eager to continually learn and develop in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business development opportunities in Africa and The Middle East to enhance and grow the ECA brand.
• Develop relationships with existing and new agent partners for the recruitment of students into ECA UK London Met.
• Recruitment activities such as networking, fairs, events which may be linked to education, student recruitment or our university partners.
• Relationship management – Build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders. Including but not limited to agent representatives, schools, universities, government and corporate organisations.
• Provide agent training on all ECA UK programmes (Selling Points, Admission Procedures etc)
• Agent partner performance review – monitor and evaluate conducting an annual review.
• Maintain partner agencies profiles and folders up to date and to a satisfactory standard as determined by the principle and ECA systems.
• Provide market analysis, information and guidance to ECA management and other internal stakeholders of opportunities for international development and recruitment.
• Organise distribution of marketing collateral to deliver in Africa and The Middle East.
• Frequent travel is required, as well as a willingness to work flexible hours to fulfil the various duties of this position.
• Work closely with marketing to run campaigns and drive interest both online and offline.
• Promote a high level of customer service.
• Forecasting student numbers and reporting on activities on a weekly basis to management.
• Any other duties set out by line manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment ideally for UK higher education market.
• Experience in working to sales targets and other performance KPIs.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
