VIP Express Tourism Limited is a vacation company that books resort for families that want to travel for some rest. We also run a vacation club where we allow members sign up with us and book ahead for their resort.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telemarketer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Cold Calling:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers based on provided lists or leads.

Product/Service Knowledge:

• Develop a deep understanding of the products or services you are promoting and be able to communicate their features and benefits to prospects effectively.

Lead Generation:

• Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for the sales team to pursue.

Objection Handling:

• Address any objections or concerns raised by prospects and provide suitable solutions or information to overcome objections.

Appointment Setting:

• Schedule appointments for prospective clients to meet with sales representatives by persuading potential customers

Follow-Up:

• Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and follow up with them as needed to move them through the sales funnel.

Meet Targets:

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly attendance quotas and performance targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to generate referrals.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with telemarketing standard operating procedures rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• OND/HND/ BSC educational qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Persuasive and results-oriented with the ability to handle objections.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ethical and compliant with telemarketing regulations.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.

Salary & Benefits

• On target monthly earnings from NGN120,000 - NGN180,000 monthly
