What We Expect
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.

Strategic Actions:
Regular Updates: Provide daily updates to the Managing Director on lead generation activities, client interactions, and proposal statuses.
Proactive Planning: Identify potential market opportunities and plan strategies to approach new clients effectively.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and market developments.
Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
What to Have
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with use of google suite applications for areas like proposal writing, pitch decks etc, CRM software (e.g.Folk CRM, Zoho CRM, Salesforce etc), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategies.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Remuneration
Salary:Net monthly salary of N200,000.
