Job Title: Front Desk Representative

Location: Ikota, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative at Milano Properties Limited. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, and reservations.
• The role will be based in Lagos State, Nigeria. It is a full time role (Monday to Friday) and sometimes on Saturdays for inspection.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Receiving guests at the reception
• Recording of guest details in the register and computer
• Handle calls, follow up on prospective customers, take clients for inspections and ensure the office environment is tidy
• Using social media to engage customers, respond to questions or complaints and to promote company initiatives
• Drive customer satisfaction
• Document daily achievements and to-do lists
• Attending to couriers and reporting to the administrative manager

Requirements

• High Diploma or BSC.
• Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a front desk representative.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to follow scripts.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
