Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and experienced Digital Marketer to join our hospitality company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful online marketing strategies.
This role involves managing and optimizing our online presence, creating engaging content, and driving traffic and conversions through various digital channels.
The Digital Marketer will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility and customer engagement.
Job Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify and leverage digital marketing trends and opportunities to enhance brand presence.
Content Creation and Management:
Create, curate, and manage engaging content for the company’s website, blog, and social media channels.
Develop multimedia content including videos, infographics, and images to support marketing campaigns.
SEO and SEM:
Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
Plan and execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor social media trends and conversations.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Create and manage email lists, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics and insights to senior management.
Advertising and Promotions:
Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including display ads, retargeting, and sponsored content.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
