Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager with a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of digital marketing to join our team.
As the Social Media Manager at Mazelle Bridals, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website.
Your role is crucial in building our brand’s online community and showcasing our beautiful bridal collections to a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and brand identity.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and TikTok.
Collaborate with the design and photography teams to produce visually appealing content that showcases our bridal collections.
Build and nurture an online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Foster relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new collections, events, and special promotions.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and aesthetics across all social media channels.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep our social media presence fresh and relevant.
Use social media analytics tools to track performance, measure engagement, and identify growth opportunities.
Provide monthly reports on social media performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Coordinate with the sales team to support promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or bridal wear industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proven experience in creating and managing successful social media campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
