Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Client Communication:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Maintain and update a database of potential clients.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
Gather and analyze data on competitors, market conditions, and customer needs.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
CRM Management:
Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Ensure all client interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate sales and performance reports to track progress towards goals.
Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for strategy adjustments.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client interactions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Training and Development:

Negotiation and Deal Closure:

Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
Participate in the development of marketing campaigns and materials.
Customer Support and Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Budget Management:
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve sales targets.
Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Specification
Minimum of First Degree
The ideal candidate should have a background in B2B Corporate Sales, preferably in the mobile telephone retail industry.
Must have 3 – 5 years’ cognate experience
Experience in B2B/Corporate Sales in mobile phone retailing is required
