Position Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and personable Store Coordinator with a passion for skincare to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the skincare industry or a strong interest in skincare, be presentable, and possess the ability to close sales and generate leads.
• Additionally, the candidate should be social media savvy and comfortable in front of a camera, as they will be responsible for promoting our brand online.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and offering personalized skincare advice.
• Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling skincare products. Identify opportunities to generate leads and close sales effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, ingredients, and skincare trends to confidently educate and recommend products to customers.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked, following brand guidelines and seasonal displays.
• Social Media Engagement: Create engaging content for social media platforms, including live videos, tutorials, and product demonstrations. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute in-store and out of store events, promotions, and skincare consultations to drive traffic and sales.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels. Provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications

• Experience / Interest: Previous experience in the skincare industry or a strong personal interest in skincare is essential.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong persuasive and closing skills.
• Presentation: Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable interacting with customers and speaking on camera.
• Social media: Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to engage with customers and promote products.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic computer software and POS systems.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
