Job Title: Online Customer Service Representative

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• As a Hybrid Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers both online and in-store. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
Online Customer Support:

• Engaging with customers via chat platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations.
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills to convey product information effectively and facilitate sales.
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

In-Store Stock Management:

• Visiting the store once or twice a week to update stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.
• Assisting with administrative duties such as organizing merchandise, processing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborating with store staff to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient operations.

Sales Coordination:

• Working closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
• Tracking and reporting on sales metrics, including conversion rates and customer feedback.
• Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in customer service and sales coordination.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using chat platforms and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to visit the store once or twice a week for stock updates and administrative duties.

Salary
N40,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
