We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Creative Content Writer (NYSC)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• This role is for a creative mind who would be responsible for writing property descriptions and content for the real estate marketing team.

Duties

• Study the properties and craft a well-articulated description
• Write property descriptions for different portals such as social media, website,s and advertising sites
• Write newsletters for real estate target audience
• Create or generate podcast ideas related to real estate education and presentation
• Carryout research and write easy-to-read real estate articles

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must either be a graduate of mass communication or any related art profession or someone who would be able to demonstrate their ability and past experience in a creative writing role.
• The job is strictly a creative writer role and the ideal candidate must be able to write content that are persuasive and enlightening.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient use of Microsoft word or Google Docs
• The ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Be creative and be able to think on their own
• Disciplined as this job requires the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to demonstrate their ability to write very well
• Must live within the Lekki - Ajah axis. Close proximity to work will be a favorable factor.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
